Troubleshooting:
(1) I cannot log onto site ?
Ensure you enter your username and password correctly, as the system
is case sensitive.
(2) When I connect to the nursery, I cannot view video and am prompted
to load video driver ?
Please select 'download video driver' as this file will allow your
PC to show high quality video from Nursery. If you are prevented from downloading
files, please select 'view video without pluggins', you will still receive
images from nursery, but the update rate will be slower.
(3) When I download video driver and run it, I am prompted that the
file is corrupt and will not load, what can I do ?
Files can get damaged during transfer, if this occurs simply try to
download the file again. If you have no success, please send an email
to the address below and we will forward required file by email to you.
During this period you can view video by selecting 'view video without
pluggins'.
(4) The pictures I receive are very small. Can this be changed?
In the "address" bar, above the pictures, you will see the video server
address as:
Change the "800" to "1024", without changing any other part of the address. Then click "GO".
If you find that the bigger picture you now get is better for you, then save the site, as you now see it, to your Favorites, and then, for future viewing, log on via your Favorites rather than via the web site.
You will need to repeat this process for each Server in turn
